On July 3, 1997, the Al Kamboh Foundation started the Free Medical Dispensary, which over time become a medical center.

Al-Kamboh Foundation Free Medical Center is also honored that the Punjab government made this institution a vaccination center for diseases like polio, measles, typhoid, corona, besides bandages are being applied on the wounds of diabetics in this institution. About 64,800 patients have been bandaged out of which the number of serious patients is 41,700 which is being rendered by Sufi Muhammad Ashraf.

Dr. Tahir Shakur was elected the first Medical Officer of Al-Kamboh Foundation Free Medical Center. Dr. Liaqat Bhatti, Dr. Ayyub, Dr. Abdul Rauf (Professor Sargodha Medical College) and Dr. Zubair Anwar who is a grandson of Caliph Hazrat Sufi Abdul Rehman Sahib, Dr. Hashir and Lady Dr. Staff who were serving at the Al Kamboh Free Medical Center.
